For optimal results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week. However, this can vary based on your goals, current fitness level, and schedule. During your initial assessment, we’ll recommend the ideal frequency for your specific situation.

None! We bring all necessary equipment to each session. Our mobile training system includes resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other portable equipment that delivers gym-quality results without the need for bulky machines.

Very little. Ideally, a space approximately 8×8 feet is sufficient, but we can adapt to smaller areas if necessary. We’re experts at creating effective workouts in limited spaces.

The trial session includes a fitness assessment, goal-setting discussion, and a sample workout tailored to your needs. This gives you a chance to experience our training style and ensures we’re the right fit for your fitness journey.

We understand life happens. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee, as that time was reserved specifically for you.
